Golfzon Social Oak Brook in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a part-time Server to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will greet guests, take orders, explain specials, and ensure accurate handling of food and beverage service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of serving experience, be able to handle alcohol responsibly, and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes specials of the day to guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
• Maintains accountability for checks and cash transactions; utilizes the POS system
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Compensation

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience plus tips

Key Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes specials of the day to guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed

• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders

• Performs other duties as required
