Job summary

The Mather Tysons is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our luxury dining program. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, train staff, and ensure warm, high-quality service for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates will have upscale restaurant or life plan community experience, with strong multitasking and POS/safety knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Progressive experience in an upscale restaurant or Life Plan community.
• Proficient with Windows apps and POS systems; knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations with the Restaurant Manager.
• Train staff, address resident/guest concerns, and ensure service quality.
• Manage reservations, server assignments, and dining flow during meals.
