Job summary

Total Life is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent us in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, conducting in-person wellness assessments for older adults and building relationships with physician practices and residential partner sites.

You will be the cheerful face of Total Life in the community, delivering our message of emotional wellness and helping clients book their first appointment. Must be comfortable with significant daily driving and on-site events.

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely extroverted and cheerful, enjoy starting conversations with new people.
• Comfortable walking into physician offices or residential communities without an appointment.
• Warm, patient, and genuinely interested in older adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults focusing on emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
• Serve as the local focal point for clients, caregivers, and partners with Total Life in the community and partner sites.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices, senior living communities, and home health agencies across the territory.
• Host longevity screening events at partner sites and help attendees book their first appointment.
• Collaborate with the virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and log outreach activities on the same day.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements.
