Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking a Longevity Ambassador to represent the organization across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Irving and Las Colinas.

You will conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults, build relationships with physician practices and residential partner sites, and host outreach events to connect seniors with ongoing care. Candidates should be genuinely enthusiastic about community work, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable navigating multiple partner

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely cheerful and able to start conversations with people
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Comfortable visiting physician offices and residential communities without an appointment
• Experience with CRM and standard phone/email tools preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person wellness assessments for older adults assessing emotional, cognitive, and social well-being
• Represent Total Life at community and partner sites as local contact for clients, caregivers and partners
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physician practices and senior living communities
• Host longevity screening events at partner sites and help attendees book their first appointment
• Collaborate with virtual therapy team to ensure smooth transitions into care
• Document activities in CRM the same day
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvements
