Loudoun County Public Schools in Ashburn, Virginia seeks a Senior Registrar (Part-time) to support Registration Services and attendance matters. This role focuses on training, onboarding, and day-to-day processing within the student information systems.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years as a school-based registrar with attendance-keeping experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3 years minimum experience as a school-based registrar with attendance-keeping background.
• Knowledge of state and local pupil accounting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct daily support for registrar, attendance and counseling administrative staff.
• Assist with onboarding training for new registrar and attendance staff.
• Support staff with enrollment of students into the student information system.
• Maintain confidentiality and work with diverse audiences including parents and staff.
• Travel between work sites as needed to meet position requirements.
