• Maintains scholastic records and prepares student files for transfers
• Prepares and maintains logs, forms, and correspondence
• Keeps student records confidential and organized
• Handles document copies and electronic transmissions
• Coordinates translation services when needed
• Stays current on pupil accounting changes at state/local level
