LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver for The Residence at Penniman Hill in Massachusetts. The role involves driving a 7 to 14+ passenger vehicle, assisting residents, and supporting daily activities to promote resident well-being.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of driving experience, a valid state license, and a commitment to safety and excellent customer service while interacting with residents, families and staff in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years of driving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence is required.

Responsabilités

• Operate a 7 to 14+ passenger vehicle.
• Transport residents to and from appointments, group activities and other destinations.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Assist with luggage as needed and enforce safety rules while traveling.
• Perform safety checks, fuel and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Document paperwork for appointments and deliver to appropriate personnel.
