Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Van Driver at Fieldstone at Chester Springs. This part-time role involves transporting residents to appointments and activities, ensuring safety and cleanliness of the vehicle, and assisting residents in and out of the vehicle.

A high school diploma or GED and a valid license are required. Experience driving and delivering strong customer service is essential, with a focus on safety and compassionate resident interaction.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent driving skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 7 to 14+ passenger vehicle and ensure it is ready for transport.
• Transport residents to and from appointments, group activities, and other destinations.
• Assist residents entering and leaving the vehicle and with baggage as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any safety issues or necessary repairs.
• Attend required in-services and orientation and support residence activities.
