Certus Healthcare seeks a part-time Cook to join our dietary team. The Cook will prepare and serve meals aligned with resident nutrition plans, following federal, state, and local guidelines and our policies. You will work a split shift 11:30a-8p and contribute to high food quality, sanitation, and safety in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include menu review, diet adherence, inventory support, and assisting with special meals while maintaining timely meal service and patient satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of six months paid quantity food preparation experience.
• Formal or on-the-job training in quantity food preparation, estimating quantities, storing food supplies, sanitation and safety.
• Prefer knowledge of therapeutic diets.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve various food items.
• Follow menus and dietary plans.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety policies.
• Assist in inventory and storage of food and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in arranging meals for special diets and residents.
