Cornerstone Management Communities is seeking a part-time cook to prepare and serve meals for residents and guests, ensuring exceptional service. The role requires adherence to recipes, dietary needs, and food safety standards while maintaining a respectful, patient demeanor with senior adults.

You will assist with kitchen operations, guide wait staff, and support scheduling and training efforts, contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals according to menu and dietary needs.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Receive, label, and store food properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues.
• Support and direct Wait Staff; assist with training and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with state food safety regs (HACCP, Iowa Food Code).
• Communicate concerns or incidents to Chef Supervisor or management promptly.
• Support Cornerstone Management Communities' mission and values.
