Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN is seeking a hospitality-focused Receptionist to join our team. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate activities that align with residents' needs and well‑being, while creating a warm, professional environment for residents, families, and visitors.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact in the Assisted Living/Memory Care neighborhoods and Health Center, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role in a senior living environment is desirable.
• Team-oriented, with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with warmth and efficiency using the switchboard system.
• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors and make everyone feel at home.
• Manage incoming deliveries, including packages, mail, and magazines.
• Monitor building access and ensure visitors sign in for safety and security.
• Maintain secure entry points accessible to the public.
• Submit maintenance requests on behalf of residents and staff.
• Prepare documents such as memos and communications.
• Enter resident information accurately into the system.
• Assist with coordinating transportation for residents.
• Order and organize supplies.
• Support the team with additional tasks as assigned.
