Job summary

Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN seeks a hospitality-focused Receptionist to join our Assisted Living/Memory Care community. The role handles calls, welcomes residents and visitors, coordinates deliveries, and supports resident wellbeing with accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role in a senior living environment is desirable.
• Team-oriented, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• All new hires must be able to pass preemployment screening including background check, drug test, TB test, and references.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing calls with warmth and efficiency using the switchboard system.
• Greeting residents, families, guests, and vendors and making everyone feel at home.
• Managing incoming deliveries, including packages, mail, and magazines.
• Monitoring building access and ensuring visitors sign in for safety and security.
• Maintaining secure entry points accessible to the public.
• Submitting maintenance requests on behalf of residents and staff.
• Preparing documents such as memos, correspondence, and communications.
• Entering resident information into the system with accuracy.
• Assisting with coordinating transportation for residents.
• Ordering and organizing supplies.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
