Job summary

Westminster Winter Park is seeking a part-time Cook to join the Dining Services team in Winter Park, FL. You will prepare quality dishes for residents, guests and staff, following standardized recipes and safety guidelines.

The role reports to the Food and Beverage Director and requires three years of high-volume kitchen experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and Florida Safe Staff certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Three or more years culinary experience in a high-volume full-service dining environment.
• Basic food preparation methods and cooking techniques in quantity production.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set up work stations according to guidelines.
• Prepare food items per standardized recipes; sanitary and timely.
• Distribute food to service areas; restock as needed.
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization; follow safety protocols.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, sanitation, and equipment upkeep.
