Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, strong communication and organization, and a valid driver’s license. Prior senior living experience is preferred, with a part-time schedule and supportive team

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.

• Escort residents to and from programs as needed.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
