Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents. You will support participation, help plan calendars and newsletters, and escort residents to events while maintaining organized spaces.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead small groups; a valid driver’s license may be needed depending on site. Experience in senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation.

• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
