• Advise the VP Finance and Administration and managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance concerns, leaves, accommodations, workplace expectations, and corrective action.
• Independently review and update HR policies, procedures, templates, and employee communications.
• Oversee HR administration within ADP or a comparable platform, including payroll inputs, benefits transactions, and records.
• Guide fair and consistent performance management, including goal setting and annual reviews.
• Monitor employment requirements; maintain records, notices, training, and reporting.
