Job summary

PH Development Group is seeking a Part-time Community Manager to oversee multiple senior apartment communities in the Santa Rosa area. The role focuses on maintaining occupancy, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements.

This position is roughly 24 hours per week, spread over three days, with direction from the Regional Portfolio Manager. You will handle move-ins/outs in Yardi, manage rents and deposits, and coordinate with Maintenance and

Qualifications

• Two years' experience managing affordable housing developments (HUD Section 202 PRAC, LIHTC, RHCP, AHP properties preferred).
• Knowledge of California housing laws, including Fair Housing.
• Ability to perform complex household income calculations.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and property management software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management activities with the Regional Portfolio Manager.
• Review applications, verify data, and manage move-ins/outs in Yardi.
• Maintain occupancy and Fair Housing compliance; manage rent rolls and certifications.
• Prepare resident income certifications and recertifications; process lease forms and deposits.
• Generate reports for the Regional Portfolio Manager and senior staff.
