Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Winchester, VA. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing AE with pride.

You’ll engage guests, educate them on products, and promote AE/Aerie loyalty programs while moving across the Sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas. Prior retail experience and a flexible weekend/evening schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and ability to engage guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate guests on products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using a friendly, in-store approach to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO’s policies and procedures.
