Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Greendale, WI is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, helping guests find exactly what they need and building brand loyalty.

Embrace AE values, connect with customers, and represent the company with your authentic self. You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest questions and promoting the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are at least 18 years old and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Work as part of a team to get the job done.
