Job summary

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can engage guests in a friendly manner.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You have prior retail experience or a willingness to learn retail processes quickly.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
