Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts reconciliation across multiple entities and currencies
• Keep the fixed-asset register current as equipment moves through Duluth, MN
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision
• Validate revenue recognition in line with current accounting standards
• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks
• Run the part-time close for a senior ledger you fully own
• Field the plainspoken ad-hoc analysis the CFO needs before Monday
• Settle expense reports fast enough that nobody chases you twice
