Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks and on-site customer service.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and report issues.
• Fix small repairs like locks, lights, doors, toilets.
• Keep the place clean across hallways, drives, units, bathrooms.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for renters.
• Assist on-site customers and rentals; support rentals.
• Ensure gates, lights, and alarms work and are maintained.
