Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic paint/patch repairs.
• Keep the facility clean across hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and prepare for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site as needed.
