Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot issues and address them.
• Fix basic repairs like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patching.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
