Go Store It is hiring a Part-Time Property Manager for Huntersville, NC on-site. You will walk the property daily, handle maintenance tasks, assist tenants, and help drive smooth operations to protect our brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and minor repairs.
• Keep common areas clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist on-site customers and guests as needed.
• Maintain a presentable property and deliver service that supports rentals and retention.
• Encourage positive online reviews and promptly address tenant concerns.

Education
