Storage Asset Management, a self-storage property management and consulting company, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Albany, GA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive rentals, and foster excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, well-presented facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college education a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations.
• Sales or marketing experience with ability to generate business.

Responsibilities

• Sell storage rentals by converting inquiries and tours.
• Provide engaging facility tours to boost occupancy.
• Maintain clean, well-presented facility and conduct daily inspections.
• Implement marketing plans and represent SAM in the community.
• Manage rent collections and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Mentor junior staff and support assistant managers.
• Perform light maintenance and property upkeep.
