Go Store It - Self Storage in Marietta, GA is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to help run day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is full-time with a 40-hour schedule and onsite requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Training new hires, performing basic maintenance, and keeping facilities clean are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
• Training new hires following training manually.
• Updating unit status.
• Adjusting rates.
• Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean—hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move‑outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth.
