Job summary

Store Here Self Storage in Macon, GA is seeking a motivated Full-Time Self Storage Property Manager to serve customers by phone and in person, rent units, process payments, and help solve problems. The role blends sales, customer service, and independent work to grow the business.

Experience in customer service is a plus, weekend availability is required, and training is provided. You’ll maintain the property, handle rental agreements, collect rents, keep tenant files, and support marketing

Qualifications

• Prior property management or rental experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property and grounds, including cleanliness of storage units.
• Complete rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendums, and other documents.
• Collect rent, fees, and other monies owed to the business.
• Maintain tenant files and prepare reports using our computer system.
• Send required tenant legal notices.
• Make courtesy and collection calls and coordinate collections per policy and law.
• Support marketing programs and track results.
