Job summary

Go Store It is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Associate for an on-site role in Rogers, AR. You will perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility safe, clean, and functional while assisting customers on site.

Responsibilities include daily property walks, basic repairs, unit turnover, and equipment checks. No advanced trade expertise required; full training provided, with PTO eligibility and a collaborative team environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers on site when they need a hand.

What You’ll Be Doing
