Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage in Rogers, AR is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Associate to keep our facility clean, safe, and functioning. You’ll patrol the property daily, perform small repairs, and assist customers on site.

No college degree is required. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required. We offer PTO, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day and look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean (hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs).
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
