Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to help keep our Go Store It properties in top condition in Michigan City, IN. You’ll walk the property daily, perform minor repairs, and assist on-site customers to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with a schedule that offers flexibility. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; we provide training and opportunities for advancement.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily checking for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation
• Assist customers on-site and lend a hand as needed
• Maintain a presentable facility and operate with pride

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
