Glacier West in Belfair, WA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to handle day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, and be the primary on-site contact for tenants and contractors.

The role requires self-storage experience or related management, ability to work independently, a valid driver's license, light maintenance skills, and availability for full-time day shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Self-Storage, Management and Customer Service experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Handles day to day operations of the facility.
Provides excellent customer service experience.
Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Performs daily site checks and property inspections.
Assists customers seeking storage units and processes payments.
Contacts delinquent occupants and reports on operations.
Generates daily/weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
Acts as primary on-site contact for contractors and vendors.
