Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage in Belfair, WA seeks a Resident Assistant Property Manager who lives on site. You will manage daily operations, provide strong customer service, handle inquiries, payments, and maintenance, and coordinate with contractors. Requires on-site living and DL.

Salary ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour with benefits including health and paid time off. Full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Handles day to day operations of the facility.
Provides excellent customer service experience.
Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Performs daily site checks.
Assists customers seeking storage units.
Collects and processes payments.
Contacts delinquent occupants.
Performs daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
Performs property inspections.
Primarily coordinates contractor and vendor work on site.
