Coast Property Management in Ellensburg, WA is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Facility Manager to support daily facility operations and leasing tasks. The role emphasizes customer service, unit showings, screening, and coordinating with leasing staff and maintenance personnel.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong resident relations and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Show units and run applications for screening.
• Assist in supervising Leasing Staff and Maintenance Personnel.
• Visit competitive properties and prepare market surveys.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy.
• Assist residents with lease forms.
• Make recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs.
• Log accounting transactions as they occur.
• Accept screening fees.
• Answer the phone and take messages.
• Collect rent, post and deposit as directed.
