Job summary

MGM Grand Las Vegas is seeking a courteous Valet Parking Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and answer questions about hotel services. This part-time role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and offers free meals, parking, and employee discounts.

You will assist guests with special needs, coordinate vehicle flow to reduce delays, and collaborate with security and hotel staff to ensure a smooth valet experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet arriving guests at the Valet Entrance and provide courteous valet parking services.
• Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure.
• Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid.
• Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance.
• Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion.
• Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions.
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty.
• Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary.
