Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a part-time Security Officer Visitor Services Driver in Newton, NC. You will greet visitors, manage access credentials, monitor entry activity, and deliver professional customer service at a manufacturing and industrial site.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, computer or tablet familiarity, and a background check with drug screening. Pay is $18.93 per hour with a flexible day/evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service experience.
• Ability to greet visitors and verify IDs.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at front desk and verify appointments.
• Issue visitor credentials and guide guests per procedures.
• Monitor entry activity and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following procedures.
• Provide general information and support a professional front-desk environment.
