What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Greet visitors at the front desk, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests according to established procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones, providing general information, and reporting security-related observations or unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
