Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue temporary badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, exits, parking areas, production support spaces, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by enforcing visitor, contractor, and vehicle access requirements while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
