Qualifications

• Provide security-related procedures, site policies, and emergency response as appropriate.
• Maintain visitor and driver logs and verify credentials.
• Deter security incidents through a visible presence and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe access points and report suspicious activity or violations to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and parking areas and document observations.
