Job summary

Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a part-time Swing Supervisor to oversee swing shifts across Los Angeles County. You will supervise guards in the field, ensure punctuality, performance, and serve as the bridge to the Operations Manager.

The role requires a California Guard Card, a valid California driver's license, and the ability to work the specified schedule. The position begins immediately and offers competitive hourly pay of $21–$25 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (required).
• California Driver License with clean driving record (required).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Demonstrated leadership— able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the org
• Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills.
• Team-building mindset— you build up your team, not just manage them
• Computer literate— email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates
• Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections
• Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle
• Assist scheduling by filling open shifts — respond immediately and coordinate coverage
• Assist upper management with investigations
• Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards
• Construct route plans and patrol plans for the field
• Assist with timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion
• Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibility at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Experience Requirements
