Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking an unarmed security guard for an overnight post in Vernon, CA. Entry-level welcome; training provided. This is a full-time graveyard shift with 9:30 PM–6:00 AM hours and biweekly pay, offering medical benefits, 401(k), and Paid Time Off.

You will perform access control, patrols, incident logging, and client coordination. A California Guard Card is required; ability to stand long shifts; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card (required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detex checkpoints).
• Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas.
• Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity.
• Report: create incident reports and notify management of incidents.

What You'll Do

• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers

• Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets

What We're Looking For

• ValidCalifornia Guard Card(required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15-20 lbs.
• Strong communicationskillsand situational awareness
• Computer literate- comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent-preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish-preferred
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement-highly desirable
