What You'll Do

• Access Control:screen and register all incoming visitors
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detexcheckpoints)
• Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas
• Remain alert andobservefor any suspicious activity
• Report:create incident reports and notify management of any incidents
• Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out
• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers
• Customer service:provide manners and respect at all times
• Communicate with the clientregardingdaily activity and serious incident logs
• Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets

What We're Looking For

• ValidCalifornia Guard Card(required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• Strong communicationskillsand situational awareness
• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent—preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish—preferred
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement—highly desirable
