Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard for a morning shift in Vernon, CA. Entry-level welcome; training provided. Full-time hours with benefits including medical, 401(k), PTO, uniforms provided, and paid training.

Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident reporting, and safeguarding personnel and assets. Must have valid CA Guard Card, be 18+, and pass a background check. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray training or military/law enforcement desired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior security training welcome.

• Screen and register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detexcheckpoints).
• Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas.
• Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity.
• Create incident reports and notify management of incidents.
• Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out.
• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Provide manners and respect at all times.
• Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs.
• Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older

• Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• Strong communicationskillsand situational awareness
• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent—preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish—preferred
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement—highly desirable
