Position: Unarmed Security Guard. Shift: Thu-Fri 3pm-11pm, Sat-Sun 2:30pm-11pm. Great entry path, room to grow, and client-facing responsibilities on a construction site in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Computer literate—email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps

Responsibilities

• Access Control: screen and register all incoming visitors.
• Perform hourly patrols on foot or by golf cart (Detexcheckpoints).
• Secure and guard the facility and all designated areas.
• Remain alert and observe for any suspicious activity.
• Report: create incident reports and notify management of incidents.
• Log trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures in/out.
• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Provide manners and respect at all times.
• Communicate with the client regarding daily activity and serious incident logs.
• Protect the property and provide safety to personnel and assets.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Punctual, professional, presentable, and self-aware
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift 15–20 lbs.
• Strong communicationskillsand situational awareness
• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent— preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish— preferred
• Prior training in CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military/law enforcement— highly desirable
