Allied Universal is seeking a part‑time Security Officer Enhanced for our Atlanta, GA site. The role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Starting pay is $19.64 per hour, with a schedule including Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM and other shifts as needed.

The position emphasizes front desk duties, risk monitoring, access control, and incident response within a financial institution. Prior security experience and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a financial institution by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, maintain logs, and direct guests to staff.
• Answer phones, provide information, receive deliveries, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following escalation and response procedures.
• Observe activity at entry points and report suspicious behavior or facility issues.
