Qualifications

• 5+ years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and property management per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns with a calm, problem-solving approach and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor/contractor entries per site procedures.
• Complete activity reports and maintain a professional presence on site.
