Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and crew by carrying out screening procedures and policies.
• Screen passengers, baggage, and items using screening equipment; report prohibited or suspicious items.
• Verify identification and access authorizations for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and escalations following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of terminal, gangway, and perimeter areas.
