Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries; verify identification and authorization before entry.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct visual inspections as directed by site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts or emergency responders.
• Maintain records of visitor activity and conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter.
