Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background investigation required by law
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by conducting site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, bags, packages, and other items in accordance with procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before entry as directed by site policy.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, escalating to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate screening and incident documentation and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
