Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Identity Screening in New Stanton, PA for part-time hours. The role focuses on screening, access control, and delivering customer service at a high-traffic tech/media location.

You will monitor access points, screen individuals and materials, and report security concerns while maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a leading security company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation subject to federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a high-traffic technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site access-control procedures; verify credentials, direct individuals to appropriate entry points, and report discrepancies to site leadership.
• Operate screening equipment and follow established protocols for prohibited items, visitor processing, and access authorization while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including access concerns, medical events, and facility disruptions; communicate observations through required reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry areas, screening stations, and surrounding business perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
